If i am unable to keep the scheduled visit, I will attempt to arrange for an approved substitute volunteer and will notify my advisor and special friend at least 3 days in advance. I will complete an online report following each visit. I will attend all volunteer functions. If for any reason I am unable to attend I will notify my advisor in advance.
