I understand that kiddush pricing is based on a minimum of 30 adult guests. A 30% surcharge will be added to the total adult cost for fewer than guests.I understand that a lead waiter ($400) is required for any kiddush. A 2nd waiter ($200) is required for 30-75 guests and a 3rd waiter ($200) for 75 guests or more.I understand that children are charged at 100% (Tier 1) or 70% (Tier 2 & 3) of the adult cost.I consent to making full payment using the credit card below (at least) 3 days prior to the Kiddush
