The popular Model Matzah Bakery is a hands-on educational workshop at which children participate in a multi-sensory, costumed re-enactment of the Exodus, and make their very own hand-made matzah.

Children participate in every stage of matzah baking from separating the kernels on the wheat stalk, grinding flour, mixing the ingredients, and rolling out their own individual matzah.

Ages: Pre-k thru Teenagers

The Matzah Bakery runs during the immediate weeks prior to Passover.  Dates are limited and it is suggested that bookings be made as early as the June prior to your desired date. A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the expected total fee is required to reserve a date.
